Horizon Europe Project
The MPA Europe will map the optimal locations for Marine Protected Areas (MPA) in European seas using measures covering the range of biodiversity from species to ecosystems, including habitats.
Challenge
As communication partners for the MPA-Europe project, the challenge was to create visual style for the infographics that will be produced throughout the project. These needed to include relevant scientific data, but also be straightforward enough for the general audience.
Solution
To create the different sections and steps of the infographics, we took advantage of the circular shapes that represent marine protected areas. These can be accompanied with informative text or illustrations.
