The following Terms & Conditions are applied to the visitors of this website as well as any commercial transactions processed through this website.

The use of this website, as well as the acquisition of any goods/services within, implies the acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.

Science Crunchers reserves the right to change the following Terms & Condition without previous warning, provided that all the changes are published on the website.

INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO TRAINING ORDERS

Price
The prices payable for goods/services that you order are as set out on our website. All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated, are presented in Euro (€) and are correct at the time of entering information.

 

Payment
All payments made via this website are managed securely by our payment providers:
– Direct Debit and Card payments are processed by IfThenPay
– Bank transfers are processed by each user individual financial entity.

Your payment details are processed and stored securely by the payment providers named above. We do not process or store your card or bank account details. When the payment is made via bank transfer, we only store your proof of payment until the end of the service provision.

When you make a payment, you are confirming that you are either the card or account holder, or that you have permission from the card or account holder to order from us.

We will take payment upon receipt of your order from your credit or debit card or bank account. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods/service from you, then we can refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights you may have.

Availability
All orders are subjected to acceptance and availability. If the goods/services you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if provided). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

Delivery information
It’s your responsibility to keep your details up to date. If your details change in any way, please contact us and we’ll update them for you.

Our goods/services are not subjected to delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.

We will aim to deliver the goods/services by the date quoted on the website, regardless of the country where the payment was originated form. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date or offer you a full refund.

You will become the owner of the goods/services you have ordered when they have been delivered to you.

 

Products and promotions
All our discount codes are intended for single use only and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

 

Right of Resolution

The client/user has the right to resolve the contract, without incurring in any additional costs, within 14 (fourteen) days counting from the following day of payment confirmation.

If the service is provided within the above-mentioned timeframe the right of resolution is not appliable.

To resolve the contract the client/User should address a declaration with the intent to resolve the contract to Science Crunchers. The refund method depends on the payment method used to contract the service. In the case of payments via bank transfer, direct debit or credit card, the refund will be credited in the respective accounts. The refund is processed up until 14 (fourteen) days of the receiving of declaration of resolution.

Contract Conflicts and litigation

The alternative resolution of conflicts and litigation is a right of every consumer to have at their disposal official entities that help them on the resolution of any conflicts and litigation before they resort to courts of law.

The alternative resolution of conflicts and litigation is usually, more affordable, less formal, and faster than the judicial way.

Abiding by the current legislation, Scitation Lda points that, in case of conflicts or litigation, the client/user may resort to an Alternative Entity for The Resolution of Litigation :

These Terms & Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of Portugal, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
